A small amount (half a gram of resin, 1g of kanna root) is enough to warm the heart and brighten up life :)

Do not hesitate to use it in high doses in order to fully enjoy its effects: 1g / 2g of resin, or up to 5g of fermented root in a long infusion, to be reused several times to properly extract its active ingredients before composting it. !

This way it can be used to celebrate and bring real euphoria! As well as to get out of the deepest torments ...

Kanna is a small wonder of Africa that originally grew in a region called "Channaland".

Used mainly by the KhoiKhoi of South Africa, it was discovered in the West by Dutch explorers in the 17th century.

It is considered in Africa as a powerful plant to clear the conscience, to greet the Spirits & to restore taste to Life.

Kanna has been used for over 1000 years by hunter-gatherers who inhabited what is now known as South Africa.

It was used by warriors returning from battles, they took Kanna to dispel fear and depression. They chewed the root and kept the chewed substance in their mouths for a while. According to Van Riebeeck: "Their animal spirit was awakened, their eyes shone and their faces manifested laughter and glee. Thousands of delicious ideas arose, as well as a pleasant jubilation which allowed them to be amused by simple jokes. .

It was also used as an appetite suppressant by shepherds who walked long distances in arid areas.

It was traditionally used in synergy with other South African plants such as Klip Dagga, Imphepho or Cannabis.

It was used on many occasions, during celebrations & rituals, to fan the fire of life, simplicity, letting go, creativity, euphoria ...

Kanna was also smoked or infused, it has had a number of uses that have recently spread around the world. It now enjoys a considerable reputation as a natural anti-depressant and mood enhancer.

Kanna has the particularity of acting as an inhibitor of serotonin reuptake, allowing our natural Serotonin (our "happiness hormone") to act longer on our body before being destroyed.

Unlike many antidepressants (even natural ones) which cause more serotonin secretion and depletion of the endocrine glands which secrete it, Kanna can be used at will without depleting these glands.

Using advice :

0.5 to 1 gram is already a good dose in infusion.

Kanna is very powerful, if you are sensitive you can start with a lower dose.

According to a user's experience, it would be inadvisable to combine it with Passionflower. We also advise against consuming stimulants (Coffee, Guarana, Guayusa ...) during the same period.

The powder or resin extract can be used at high doses. Too high a dose, the Kanna can move physically and nervously: Agitation, fragile stomach ...

This product  is not intended for self-medication.
