We generally respond within 24 to 72 hours, we take care to respond to all requests as well as we can, but after this time, do not hesitate to send us a new message to be sure that we have received the first one!

Being still a small company and having no dedicated telephone service, we are currently not reachable by phone. Thank you for your understanding :)
